Yeh Hai Mohabbatein episode starts with Rakhi celebration at the Bhalla house. Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) invites mothers of Pihu’s friends and asks them to tie Rakhi on Raman’s (Karan Patel) hand. Everyone makes some excuse but Mrs. Bhalla warns all the ladies that if they won’t tie rakhi on Raman’s wrist, she will call their husbands. All the ladies agree and tie Rakhi on Raman’s wrist. Ishita and whole Bhalla family enjoys this scene.
Aadi doesn’t come out of the room, fearing Alia might tie Rakhi on his wrist. Raman consoles Aadi that nothing will happen and Aadi comes out of the room and the Rakhi ceremony takes place.Pihu and Ruhi tie rakhi on Aadi’s wrist and Aadi gifts Ruhi and Pihu. By mistake, Pihu sees Raman’s gift, which he is supposed to give Ishita. At this, Pihu gets angry. Ruhi handles the situation by saying that she only has asked Raman to bring a gift for Ishimaa. She adds that Pihu’s father has planned a surprise for her. Pihu says that she wants choco-chip cookies, which Shagun used to make for her.

and Mihir also celebrate Rakhi at Manni’s house. Shagun recognizes shyness on Alia’s face and gets to know that Alia likes Mihir. She thinks that this might help her in executing her plan to separate Raman from Ishita. Shagun asks Mihir to take Alia along with him as he is going to Bhalla house.Next scene sees Mrs. Bhalla and Ishita conversing about how Ruhi managed everything. Sanchi reaches Bhalla house and tells that she is Ishita’s lecturer for her M.B.A classes. Mihika asks Romi that if he is hiding anything from her, then he must tell her now. Romi denies by saying that he has some work lined up and he leaves. Romi and Sanchi face each other at Bhalla house. Both get a shock while Mihika also sees Sanchi and gets a pleasant surprise.
